Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we completely understand and do our best to accommodate you! Please provide 24 hour notice when rescheduling. Your deposit is nonrefundable and is forfeited when a late cancellation occurs. We have a 10 minute grace period, please allow yourself extra time to park and arrive. Please ensure your hair is longer than a grain of rice to be properly removed with the wax. New clients must have their forms submitted before their appointment can be accepted.
